Reeds Spring Schools is calling on passionate community members to help shape the district's future by collaborating on action plans for its new Strategic Plan, Vision 2030. The district will host a Strategic Plan Kickoff Meeting on Tuesday, January 14, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Middle School Auditorium. During the meeting, the district will present the new Strategic Plan. Attendees will then divide into groups to begin developing action steps to bring the plan to life. "If you are passionate about the growth and progress of our school district, please plan to attend on January 14," said Assistant Superintendent Dr. Travis Kite. The Strategic Plan is the result of a three-day planning session held December 10-12, involving approximately 30 district representatives and community leaders. During these sessions, the committee reviewed the district’s beliefs, parameters, and mission—essential foundations that will guide decisions and actions over the next several years. The team also created new strategies that will shape the district’s priorities through 2030. Reeds Spring Schools looks forward to working together with the community to ensure a bright future for its students and the district as a whole.
