Event Description:

Living Healthy with Diabetes is a 6-week program is targeted toward people with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or caregivers of those with diabetes.  Thanks to multiple grants, participants will receive free A1C and cholesterol lab testing, BMI measurement, a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a Relaxation for Body and Mind CD.  The program will take place at FCH in Branson on Mondays, November 8-December 13, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  Program is FREE but registration is required.  Please call 417-546-4431 or register at the link below.
