Please help us improve the quality of lives of Stone and Taney County folks by spreading the word of the Living Healthy with Diabetes program from MU Extension and Mercy/Regional Arthritis Center hosted by Faith Community Health (flyer & picture attached). This 6-week program is targeted toward people with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or caregivers of those with diabetes. Thanks to multiple grants, participants will receive free A1C and cholesterol lab testing, BMI measurement, a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a Relaxation for Body and Mind CD. The program will take place at FCH in Branson on Mondays, July 12-August 16, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Program is FREE but registration is required.
