Event Description:
Stone County Health Department and the Regional Arthritis Center offer a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program called Feel Better Now.  This program is for anyone (family and caregivers too) who has a chronic condition.  In this 6-week program participants learn tools to take back control of their lives and feel better now.
