Presenter: Tyann Marcink Hammond, Branson Family Retreats Tyann Marcink Hammond is a keynote speaker, thought leader, author, and owner/manager of two vacation rental brands: Missouri Haus and Branson Family Retreats.
She purpose-built 4 of her own large properties and rehabbed 2 historical properties, including a 1902 bank building with original vaults where guests can legally launder in the Ozarks.
Known as the "Queen of Guest Experience" in the vacation rental industry, she consults for tech companies like Touch Stay digital guidebooks and shares her deep knowledge about guest experience, communications, hospitality operations and advocacy across the globe at conferences, workshops and webinars.
Tyann is also the VRMA Excellence Award winner for the inaugural Community Impact Award in recognition of her mission focus to serve her guests and community through hospitality.
